Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus the Passyble version (Settings, About). On Windows the log file (Settings, About, Log file) helps; it never contains passwords or vault contents.
A security issue
Please write to us before you tell anyone else, with steps to reproduce. Don't send real passwords or your vault file.
Your data
We don't have any of it. To delete your vault and settings, see delete your data; what each app sends is in the privacy policy.
